Our Mission: to help feed hungry Auckland families in need. To make a difference!
The Need: a growing proportion of New Zealanders are finding it increasingly difficult to provide enough food for themselves and their families. Demand for emergency
food since Covid 19 started, has skyrocketed. According to TVNZ news on Saturday 25th September, food shortages are now at a critical point due to the continued lockdown.
In June 2021 we started our drive at St Francis Church, to collect 5000 cans of food from Hibiscus Coast Catholic Parish, to feed hungry Aucklanders and their families. We
are proud to show you the results we have achieved together with your help. Families from both parishes have got behind us and delivered cans and donations to help us help hungry Aucklanders, including those on the Coast.
